Note for our guests:

We would like to politely inform you that babies must also be considered as guests in our apartments. This is due to the additional resources and effort required to accommodate the little ones:

• Provision of a cot: We can provide a cot for babies upon request.

• Disposal of diapers: Disposal of diapers and additional garbage causes additional cleaning costs.

• Increased cleaning effort: Babies often leave fingerprints on windows and furniture, which requires additional cleaning effort.

In addition, the following rules apply in our apartments:

• No smoking or incense : For safety and consideration reasons, burning incense candles or smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.

• Drying the bathrooms : Please make sure to carefully dry any water that may be outside the shower after using the bathroom to avoid damage and inconvenience.

• Fixed prices: Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We ask for your understanding that there are no exceptions.
